Commercial Manager
Job Purpose:
To lead Biosphere’s sales operations, driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and strengthening client and distributor relationships. The Sales Manager develops sales strategies, mentors the sales team, and ensures profitability, while aligning all activities with Biosphere’s GROWTH values.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and retailers
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional agreements
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior
• Oversee sales reporting, forecasts, and performance tracking through CRM
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and promotions to support sales goals
• Ensure product availability by coordinating with Supply Chain and Purchasing
• Monitor budgets, margins, and profitability to meet company targets
• Represent Biosphere at trade shows, events, and client meetings
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus)
• Certifications in Sales, Negotiation, or Leadership are an advantage
• 5–7 years of experience in sales, including at least 3 years in a managerial role
• Experience in beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG industry preferred

• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
• Proficiency in CRM systems, reporting tools, and MS Office
• Strategic and analytical thinking with strong financial acumen
