Customer Service Agent

Job Purpose:

To deliver outstanding customer service by warmly welcoming clients, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns efficiently. The CSA is a key point of contact for clients, ensuring every interaction reflects the high standards of Bioskinspa and contributes to customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Greet clients warmly and provide professional assistance

·        Respond to inquiries via phone or in person with accurate information

·        Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively

·        Maintain clear, empathetic communication throughout the customer journey

·        Keep accurate records of client interactions and solutions provided

·        Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service

·        Support basic administrative tasks such as data entry and filing

Qualifications:

·        Diploma or degree in Communications or related field

·        At least 1 year of experience in customer service, reception, or cashier roles

·        Certification in Customer Service is a plus

Skills & Competencies:

·        Proficient in handling inquiries and complaint resolution

·        Basic knowledge of CRM systems and administrative tools

·        Strong verbal and written communication

·        Empathetic, patient, and customer-focused

·        Able to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment

·        Active listener with a solutions-oriented mindset
