Create copy for various marketing channels, ensuring consistency with proofreading and editing in coordination with the content specialist.
Assists with developing and managing content and social media marketing programs, including blogs and public relations efforts
Assist in writing and editing content for different platforms such as social media, website, and press releases
Organize and streamline service offerings into user-friendly concepts.
Post marketing kits, new offers and packages on related websites
Post visuals on related social media platforms
Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports
Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs
Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing related data
Keep promotional materials, kits, and packages ready by coordinating requirements with involved departments
Manage Community tasks along with the Community Specialist by supporting in replying to direct messages via social media platforms, tracking lead generation on the social media platforms, and performing related data entries in the System.
Coordinate with graphic designer and quality teams for visuals descriptions and needed documents for the mobile app
Prepare captions, hashtags and voice over for social media posts
Coordinate all required activities as per the monthly marketing plan
Simplify complex data into a user-friendly format such as graphs, charts and other visual aids for clients and management.
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
