Receptionist

Job Purpose:
To serve as the first point of contact for all visitors and clients, delivering exceptional reception services and ensuring smooth front desk operations. The Receptionist creates a welcoming atmosphere, handles inquiries efficiently, and provides administrative support while reflecting Bioskinspa’s GROWTH values.

Key Responsibilities:

·Greet and direct clients and visitors professionally and warmly

·Answer and refer phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries accurately

·Notify staff of visitor arrivals and maintain updated directories

·Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area

·Assist with general inquiries related to spa services and procedures

·Schedule candidate interviews and send appointment invitations

·Operate phone and communication systems efficiently

·Manage administrative tasks including document preparation and filing

·Adhere to safety, security, and operational procedures

·Participate in meetings, trainings, and company events

Qualifications:

·High school diploma or equivalent

·Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or front desk role

·Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook

·Strong verbal communication and active listening skills

·Professional, organized, and detail-oriented

·Friendly, client-focused, and able to handle pressure
