Job Purpose:
To provide high-quality treatments while supporting sales targets through exceptional customer service and expert product recommendations. The Session Maker acts as a trusted beauty therapist, building lasting client relationships and ensuring every experience at Bioskinspa is personalized, professional, and aligned with the company's GROWTH values.
Key Responsibilities:
·Perform a minimum of eight high-standard sessions daily
·Recommend appropriate treatments and products to boost sales
·Upsell and cross-sell services in coordination with other departments
·Follow up on pending sessions and treatment plans with clients
·Record treatment details, product usage, and notes in the Waves CRM
·Track collections and performance against individual targets
·Participate in meetings, trainings, and workshops to enhance expertise
·Maintain treatment equipment and adhere to hygiene protocols
·Stay updated on new techniques, protocols, and skincare trends
·Deliver exceptional customer care and resolve client concerns
·Coordinate with Advisors for a seamless customer experience
Qualifications:
·Degree in Physiotherapy, Esthetics, or a related skincare/beauty field
·Certified in Skincare, Massage Therapy, Hair Care, or Esthetics
·1+ year of experience in skincare, body treatments, or sales (or 2 years of sales experience alone)
Skills & Competencies:
·Knowledge of cosmetic products and application techniques
·Skilled in CRM usage (Waves CRM is a plus)
·Strong sales, persuasion, and consultation abilities
·Active listener with strong problem-solving skills
·Motivated, adaptable, and team-oriented
·Excellent verbal communication and client relationship skills
·Confident, professional, and customer-focused
