Job Purpose:
To contact potential and existing clients, promote Bioskinspa’s services, and book appointments while delivering exceptional customer service. The TMA plays a key role in driving client engagement, supporting sales efforts, and ensuring a high-quality brand experience through professional and persuasive communication.
Key Responsibilities:
·Make outbound calls to leads and clients to promote Bioskinspa services
·Follow call scripts while adapting to client needs and preferences
·Book appointments based on availability and manage scheduling changes
·Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
·Follow up with leads from campaigns and social media inquiries
·Handle pending appointments and ensure effective follow-through
·Provide detailed service information and resolve client questions
·Work toward performance targets in sales and booking
·Share feedback to improve call strategies and campaign effectiveness
Qualifications:
·College degree or equivalent
·At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service
Skills & Competencies:
·Fluent in Arabic and English (French is a plus)
·Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
·Strong communication, sales, and persuasion skills
·Organized, empathetic, and client-focused
·Able to handle objections and multitask in a fast-paced setting
·Positive, patient, and team-oriented attitude
